I hope you had a wonderful week, well I had a stressful week. A really stressful week. So I finally resumed physically to university. I’m a student of Caleb University, Mass Communication 100LEVEL (Did I just spill that out, well I did 🥺🤭🤭). So basically I had to change my environment for the first time in years and honestly adapting to the new environment hasn’t been easy for me.

In case you don’t know, Caleb is a whole lot of stress and the rules are very strict. (I’m thinking of dropping a post on the school and my experience but I think I’ll do that by the time I’m done with my exams.)
Like I mentioned in my last post, I was really afraid of changing my environment, meeting new people but then I just have to adapt to it. Well I’m adapting to the environment but I’m really finding it hard to make new friends because of the kinda person I am and basically I just want to focus on my exams now and then by second semester I’ll be able to balance things.
Trying to remember faces and names of people I meet is also hard for me. I find it hard to recall names and faces of people I’ve met before but with time I know I’ll get better. I saw some familiar and popular faces in Caleb, hopefully I’ll interview one of them soon.

Changing my environment actually has its own positive effect. Forbes said in one of its blog posts, “If you want to change your life, change your environment”. You can never remain in one place forever. Looking at my environment, I noticed that I have a lot of opportunities and now it’s left for me to make good of the opportunities because they don’t last forever. So I’m challenging myself to make good use of the opportunities. Realizing that no school is perfect, every school has its stress, this has given me the opportunity to adapt faster.
Although it hasn’t been easy, I’m really tensed. Life has been very stressful for me but like someone told me “TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND JUST HAVE FUN”.
So to everyone going through any issues, “TAKE A DEEP BREATH, its a matter of time. Soon lines will fall into places.

Songs of the week:
Running (To you) by Chike ft Simi. I’m so much in love with simi and Chike so the combination of both voices is really amazing.
Looseguard by Styles: I see, I saw 😹😹😹. That song is a whole lot of vibe.
Quotes of the week:
Don’t fake it, be real and watch how people will react to you ~Gloria Idowu.
Be more focused on where you’re going than who’s not coming.
Create new habits. Meet new people. Try a new routine. Wake up earlier. There are too many opportunities in this life to be doing the same thing.
QUICK QUESTION: How are you celebrating Valentine’s Day?
